Molto Formaggio: New Cheese on the Block

OMG....I am flipping over the new cheese shop which just opened. Molto Formaggio is devoted to artisanal cheeses and is a winner. And the selection does not stop with the selection of cheeses which is endless and deep. Offerings include anything which could go with cheese, including Italian pasta, sausage, bulk olive oil, amazing flat breads and a killer assortment of olives, to name a few. The sign may say: Tasting a must, Buying optional, but for this foodie, buying was unavoidable. Beautiful service and knowledgable and friendly staff makes this new storefront a great addition to the neighborhood.
