Getting a Start on Passover

In a last minute dash to get Passover Sedar started, sending thanks and shoutouts to Tom Thumb, Central Market, TJ's Seafood Market, Tina Wasserman's new cookbook Entree to Judaism (who answered her phone in the middle of a particularly dicey cooking question) and especially, Alysa Teichman for her recipes and energy. We knocked out the noodle kugel, marshmallow brownies & macaroons; & Tina Wasserman's Passover Linzer Torte (bottom, not to be confused with the pizza). Jake scarfed down his last pizza, which even had cheese in the crust. An eventful day all around. More cooking tonight and yes, tomorrow as well.
